Volunteering at the Green Bay Community House is a truely rewarding way to become closely involved with your local community.
We have many opportunties for you to ‘get involved’ and we are always keen to take on people with the particular skills we require. A common thread for our volunteers is a willingness to contribute their time, skills and enthusiam for the benefit of the local community.
Volunteering roles can vary from assisting with mail outs, as a committee member, assisting with the school holiday programme, garderning, composting, leading a walking group, and helping out with special events and market days. If you are interested in volunteering in another capacity we would be interested in hearing from you.
How to apply All volunteers are required to complete a Volunteer_Application_Form. Please forward your application to our email or postal address or come in and have a chat with the Community House Coordinator. All applications will be acknowledged.

Green Bay Walking Group We are looking for someone who would like to lead a walking group. The group would ideally meet on a weekday morning at the Green Bay Community House, walk around the surrounding area for an hour, then return to the Community House for a cuppa and a biscuit.
